1/7/19 – Return/Refund Policy Revision Date
In any case where there seems to be a problem with any products purchased from our website and you require a return or refund, please fill out the Contact form or contact us at 770-451-2270. You must have your order number present and we will provide you with a return shipping number if you qualify for a return.
Terms of Return and Refund:
- We offer our customers a 30-day return policy. The product must be returned and packaged in its original packaging and must not show any signs of usage of the equipment in order to qualify for a return. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs. This return policy does not apply to any special offers we have (those are final upon purchase). In addition, a 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
- We send our apologizes out to anyone who received a damaged or broken item. If you do have a damaged or broken item of ours upon arrival of the item(s), first call us immediately at the phone number above or contact us through the Contact form. Second, if necessary, we will issue a replacement on the damaged or broken item as well as shipping costs.
- All of our products are manufacturer warranty-backed. Please refer to the manufacturer warranties on any products that you have purchased for more information.
- In the case where we replace the damaged or broken item, the shipping company will require a signature upon delivery to your address. If you are not there to collect the item, the shipping company will hold it until you reach out to them. We will notify you on which shipping company we use upon purchase.
